Extraction: Distillation Cardamom can treat sciatica, cough, cramps, abdominal pain and urine stagnation. 

Benefits:
Cardamom has a nourishing, exciting role, can help digestion, relieve nausea, heartburn, and bloating. 
Add cardamom essential oils in bath water can boost and inspire the spirit, but mixed with other essential oils effect would be better than the effect of the cardamom essential oil alone. 
While cardamom will not irritate the skin, but recommending for sensitive skin type it is better to use all of the oil with spicy flavor, the amount must be less and require dilution as well.
