- 滾珠瓶:隨身攜帶稀釋後的精油, 使用於手腕作擴香, 有關精油稀釋比例
- 蒸氣吸入法:在熱水盆中滴入 2–3 滴精油,覆蓋毛巾吸入蒸氣,幫助清理呼吸道、舒緩壓力


使用禁忌注意:
快樂鼠尾草 Clary Sage:孕婦禁用|低血壓者慎用
葡萄柚 Grapefruit & 青檸 Lime : 光敏性|建議只用於擴香
薄荷 Peppermint:夜間勿用(太刺激|6歲以下小孩禁用
杜松果 Juniper Berry: 孕婦禁用|腎臟疾病者禁用
松針 Pine: 癲癇患者慎用|建議只用於擴香

孕婦/小孩6歲以下 建議 : 薰衣草、乳香、檀香、羅馬洋甘菊

⚠️ 注意事項
- 精油需稀釋後使用,避免直接接觸皮膚
- 孕婦、嬰幼兒及敏感肌膚者需謹慎使用
- 僅限外用
- 每次擴香時間不宜超過30分鐘
- 使用前先擴香少量氣味,觀察有冇不適反應
- 精油應存放於陰涼處,避免變質
- 若長者有慢性病、服藥中或曾有過敏史,使用前應諮詢醫生或芳療師

檀香及岩蘭草精油質地較為黏稠,不適用於直接用於香薰機,有可能需要打開內膠塞倒出使用。

💡 Usage Tips
- Diffusion: Use a diffuser at home to create a calming atmosphere
- Bathing: Prepare aromatic bath salts for full-body relaxation
- Deep Breathing: Place a drop of essential oil on a tissue and inhale deeply
- Roller Bottle: Carry diluted essential oil with you; apply to wrists for portable diffusion (observe proper dilution ratios)
- Steam Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops of essential oil to a bowl of hot water, cover with a towel, and inhale the steam to clear airways and relieve stress

🚫 Contraindications
- Clary Sage: Contraindicated during pregnancy; use with caution for low blood pressure
- Grapefruit & Lime: Photosensitive; recommended for diffusion only
- Peppermint: Avoid at night (too stimulating); not suitable for children under 6
- Juniper Berry: Contraindicated during pregnancy; avoid with kidney conditions
- Pine Needle: Use with caution for epilepsy; recommended for diffusion only


Recommended for pregnant women/children under 6:
Lavender, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Roman Chamomile

⚠️ Precautions
- Always dilute essential oils before use; avoid direct skin contact
- Pregnant women, infants, and sensitive skin types should use with caution
- For external use only
- Diffusion should not exceed 30 minutes at a time
- Test with a small amount first to check for adverse reactions
- Store oils in a cool, dark place to prevent deterioration
- Elderly individuals with chronic illness, those on medication, or with allergy history should consult a doctor or aromatherapist before use

Sandalwood and vetiver essential oils have a relatively thick consistency, making them unsuitable for direct use in aroma diffusers. It may be necessary to remove the inner plastic stopper to pour them out.
