材料：
濃度 96%酒精 25毫升
蒸餾水 75毫升
薄荷精油 15滴
茶樹精油 15滴
噴霧瓶容器 150毫升
做法：
將以上精油、酒精96% 及蒸餾水加入噴樽內，每次搖勻噴於腳底即可。
薄荷精油帶來涼浸浸的清爽感覺
茶樹精油有助於殺真菌，增強免疫
腳底噴霧有助減少腳汗及帶來的異味
