DIY腹痛脹氣按摩油 + 解宿醉按摩油
1. DIY按摩油- 腹痛脹氣時使用:
可可巴油 15ml
薄荷精油 3滴
廣藿香精油 3滴
用法:
當感覺肚子有脹氣積聚時使用，以畫圈手法於肚臍外圍輕輕按摩，讓按摩油慢慢吸收。
好處: 以上配方有助腸胃舒暢，緩和不適。

2. DIY按摩油- 感覺宿醉時使用:
可可巴油 15ml
西柚精油 2
杜松精油 2
迷迭香精油 2
用法:
當感覺宿醉時使用，以畫圈手法於胃部圍輕輕按摩，讓按摩油慢慢吸收。
好處: 以上精油組合有助強化肝臟，排解毒素。
*建議製成品3個月內用完

Grapefruit oil 2drops
Juniperberry Oil 2drops
Rosemaryoil 2drops
Usage:
Use when you feel a hangover. Use a circular motion to gently massage around the stomach to allow the massage oil to absorb.
*It is recommended that finished products be used up within 3 months
