排毒足浴 Detox Foot Bath
成份:
1 杯 海鹽
1 杯 七水硫酸鎂
2 杯 蘇打粉
10 滴 薄荷油
步驟:
1) 將上述所有成份混合並倒進半桶水之中。
2) 泡腳10分鐘。
**皮膚容易敏感者，請先自行測試。

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Sea Salt
1 Cup of Epson Salt
2 Cup of Baking Soda
10 drops Peppermint Oil
Steps:
1) Put all the above ingredients in a half bucket of water
2) Soak your feet into it for 10 minutes
