1. 注入晶石能量 | Infuse Crystal Energy
確保 20ml 玻璃噴霧瓶乾淨乾燥。首先，將洗淨的天然水晶碎石與少許海鹽輕輕放入瓶底。
Ensure the 20ml glass spray bottle is clean and completely dry. First, gently place the washed natural crystal chips and a tiny pinch of sea salt at the bottom of the bottle.
2. 乳化精油 | Emulsify the Essential Oil
倒入 5ml 的無水酒精，接著滴入 8-12 滴白鼠尾草精油。
Pour in the 5ml of Ethanol, then add 8-12 drops of White Sage essential oil.
3. 搖勻融合 | Shake to Blend
蓋上噴頭，輕輕搖晃瓶身。你會聽到水晶在瓶內清脆的滾動聲，這代表晶石正在幫助精油、酒精與海鹽充分混合均勻。
Secure the spray nozzle and gently shake the bottle. You will hear the crisp sound of the crystals rolling inside; this means the crystals are acting as agitators, helping the essential oil, alcohol, and sea salt to mix thoroughly.
4. 加入純水 | Add Water
最後，緩慢倒入 15ml 的純淨水至瓶身八分滿。再次搖勻，你的隨身淨化噴霧就大功告成了！
Finally, slowly pour in 15ml of distilled water until the bottle is about 80% full. Shake well once more, and your portable cleansing spray is ready to use!

The primary component of these crystals is Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), with a Mohs hardness of 7, making their chemical structure extremely stable.
