「油敷法」步驟 及「美容精華油」DIY教學

甚麼是「油敷法」?

人體的皮膚屬親油性，以油脂鎖住水分，達至最佳的保濕及滋潤效果。

日本爆紅凍齡「油敷法」人人聽完都想試，係咪人人都適合做呢?

以我哋多年買護膚油嘅經驗，有D朋友仔上嚟搽油上手係會〝晾〞响手背難以吸收，又或者你係油性及暗瘡性皮膚，咁你就未必適合油敷法了，免得為皮膚做成負擔。

如果你的皮膚吸收油份能力高，乾性至中性膚質，都可以試吓「油敷法」，幫皮膚每星期做一次深層保養「以油養膚」養出無痕水感肌!

「油敷法」步驟及教學:

步驟 1: 在洗完臉之後用毛巾熱敷2分鐘

步驟 2: 使用3-4滴精華美容油加上按摩手法讓精華油吸收, 過程大約2-3分鐘

步驟 3: 噴上保濕花水噴霧

步驟 4: 再次使用3-4滴精華美容油加上按摩手法讓精華油吸收

步驟 5: 將沾滿玫瑰花水的化妝棉敷在臉上5至8分鐘。

選擇「保濕花水」及製作「美容精華油」:

保濕花水純露之選: 玫瑰、白玫瑰、天竺葵

花水純露為製作精油的天然副產品，含有微量的精油及植物精華，沒有添加其他成份及防腐成份，可直接用於皮膚上作爽膚水或保濕水使用。

美容精華油配方:

基底油共15毫升 + 精油共 3滴

只需將以上基底油及精油充分混合即可成美容精華油，大家可以因應皮膚所需選擇以下的基底油及精油組合，也可混合成複方基底油及複方精油。

*製作好的美容精華油建議於3個月內用完。

精選基底油:

角鯊烷 - 具極佳的滲透能力，能夠為體內細胞提供重要的氧份，促使並加速新細胞再生、去除黑色斑及污垢，並強化抗老化效能。

可可巴油 - 可幫助平衡油脂分泌外，更有優秀的滋潤及保濕效果。

玫瑰籽油 - 肌膚美白，防皺，組織再生功能，改善疤痕，暗沉，痘痘皮膚。

月見草油 - 可改善乾燥及敏感肌膚，能有效增加皮膚彈性及防止皮膚早衰。

猴麵包樹油 - 經常使用可改善皮膚彈性，油質容易被肌膚吸收不留油膩感。

石榴籽油 - 油質感細緻幼滑具極高抗氧化力，常用可緊緻皮膚延緩衰老，增加皮膚自然光澤，減少細紋、皺紋等肌膚問題。

精選精油:

玫瑰精油 – 玫瑰精油香氣有助溫暖身心，適合乾燥皮膚，預防細紋形成，提升肌膚緊緻度及鎖水力，使肌膚保持良好狀態。

乳香精油 – 乳香精油能滋潤及軟化皮膚，保持皮膚彈性，促進細胞成長加速傷口癒合。

茉莉花精油 – 茉莉花精油香氣如香水般，充滿幸福自信感，能預防肌膚老化、皺紋及黑斑形成。

橙花精油 – 橙花精油帶溫柔的香氣，改善膚色暗沉，調節膚肌水油平衡，亦有溫和收斂作用。

花梨木精油 – 花梨木精油具有宜人的花木香氣，能活化細胞，恢復肌膚青春，適合各種膚質使用。

檀香精油 – 檀香精油香氣有穩定情緒作用，用於皮膚上有軟化皮膚及潤澤皮膚等功夫，亦可調節油脂分泌。

玫瑰/茉莉/橙花 均有5%精油選擇 – 整支95%為可可巴油， 5%為純精油

5%精油屬花類精油入門之選 – 整支大約含10滴純精油加9.5毫升可可巴基底油，即每一毫升大約含一滴純精油。

如使用5%精油製作美容精華油，配方如下:

玫瑰/茉莉/橙花5%精油 3毫升 + 基底油共12毫升

Q: 眼周可否進行「油敷法」?

A: 如果你的眼周皮膚容易生油脂粒便不建議於眼周進行「油敷法」。

Steps and Making of "Facial Oil":

Step 1: Apply a warm towel for 2 minutes after washing your face

Step 2: Use 3-4 drops of essential Facial oil and massage to absorb the essential oil, it is about 2-3 minutes

Step 3: Spray with Floral Water Spray

Step 4: Use 3-4 drops of Facial Oil again and massage to allow the Essence Oil to absorb

Step 5: Apply a cotton pad moistened with rose water to face for 5 to 8 minutes.

Choice of floral water / hydrosols: Rose, White Rose, Geranium

Flower water / hydrosol is a natural by-product of making essential oils. It contains small amounts of essential oils and plant essences. No other ingredients and preservatives are added. It can be used directly on the skin as a toner or moisturizing water.

Beauty Facial Oil Recipe:

15ml of carrier oil + 3 drops of essential oil

Simply mix the above carrier oils and essential oils to make Beauty Facial Oil. You can choose the following carrier oils and essential oil combinations according to the needs of your skin.

*The prepared Facial oil is recommended to be used up within 3 months.

Featured Carrier Oils:

Squalane - With excellent penetration ability, it can provide vital oxygen to cells in the body, promote and accelerate the regeneration of new cells, remove dark spots and dirt, and strengthen anti-aging properties.

Jojoba Oil - It can help balance oil secretion and has excellent moisturizing and moisturizing effect.

Rose Hip Oil - Skin whitening, anti-wrinkle, tissue regeneration function, improve scar, dull, acne-prone skin.

Evening Primrose Oil - Can improve dry and sensitive skin, can effectively increase skin elasticity and prevent premature skin aging.

Baobab Oil - Improves skin elasticity with regular use, the oil is easily absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy feel.

Pomegranate Seed Oil - It helps reduce and prevent fine linesappearing on skins due to lack of moisture and dryness, also revitalize hair with natural shine properties and characteristics.

Featured Essential Oils:

Rose Essential Oil – The aroma of rose essential oil helps warm the body and mind, is suitable for dry skin, prevents the formation of fine lines, improves skin firmness and locks in moisture, and keeps skin in good condition.

Frankincense Oil – Frankincense oil moisturizes and softens the skin, maintains skin elasticity, promotes cell growth and accelerates wound healing.

Jasmine Oil – Jasmine oil has a perfume-like fragrance that is full of well-being and self-confidence, and can prevent skin aging, wrinkles and dark spots from forming.

Neroli Oil – Neroli oil has a gentle aroma, improves dull skin tone, adjusts the skin’s water-oil balance, and also has a mild astringent effect.

Rosewood Oil – Rosewood oil has a pleasant flower-wood aroma, revitalizes cells, rejuvenates skin, and is suitable for all skin types.

Sandalwood oil – The aroma of sandalwood oil has a stabilizing effect on emotions. It can be used on the skin to soften and moisturise the skin. It can also regulate oil secretion.

Rose/Jasmine/Neroli are available with 5% essential oils – 95% Jojoba oil and 5% pure essential oils

5% essential oil is the first choice for 1st using flower essential oils – the whole bottle contains about 10 drops of pure essential oil plus 9.5 ml of jojoba base oil, that is, about one drop of pure essential oil per ml.

If using 5% essential oil to make beauty essence oil, the formula is as follows:

Rose/Jasmine/Neroli 5% Essential Oil 3ml + Carrier Oil Total 12ml

Q: Can the "Facial oil " be used around the eyes?

A: If your skin around the eyes is prone to oil particles, it is not recommended to apply "Facial oil" around the eyes.
