除螨精油組合及方法
瞓教時有鼻水、打噴嚏、覺得周身痕但又唔見有俾野咬...可能係塵螨作怪
小編有個小小心得同大家分享，就係如果屋企有香薰機，可以試吓用
薰衣草+檸檬+尤加利+茶樹+迷迭香+松針精油各5-10滴加入香薰霧化器作擴香使用。
方法: 將香薰霧化器擺放較高及安全的位置(主要讓精油能散佈整個房間)，關房門及開機使用連續噴霧2小時(噴霧3秒, 隔30秒噴一次模式) ，及後用床褥專用的除螨吸塵機將床單及床褥吸塵一次便完成！建議一個月最少做一次。
