護髮雙子洗髮水 (桑椹子+女貞子)
配方:
基底洗頭液 100ml
薰衣草精油 10 - 20滴
桑椹子提取物 3克
女貞子提取物 3克
步驟:
混合所有上述提取物、精油及洗頭液.
桑椹子能延年駐顔，烏鬚黑髮。酸甘補陰，益腎以延緩衰老。
《滇南本草》：「益腎臟而固精，久服黑髮明目。」
《本草蒙筌》：「染鬚髮皓白成烏。」
外用桑椹子亦有助預防生髮早生，防脫髮，減少面上危斑之聚積及生長。
女貞子具滋補肝腎，明目烏髮。能改善因腎虛肝弱而導致的早衰、蒼老，可養顏悅色，保青春、緩衰老。
《神農本草經》：「主補中，安五臟，養精神，除百疾，久服壯健，輕身不老。」
《本草蒙筌》：「黑髮黑鬚，強筋強力。」
此外, 女貞子亦是治掉髮及防脫髮，護髮養顏的要藥。
